In home care for hospice patient

My father is bedridden and mostly paralyzed down his right side. He has cancer and has been given weeks to months left but my step mother and I are unable to care for him alone. We need assistance with turning him, cleaning bodily fluids, and other general care. Looking for options on what is available in terms of both help and schedule options.
