Elderly Health and Status Check

I need help with an 87 year man who sometimes get confused. I travel for work and would like someone to check in with him daily for an hour or so a day. It would be to make sure he is ok, eating, and is taking his medications. Also, to make sure he has enough food and is remembering to feed the dogs.
