Looking for a companion to sit with my dad and join him on his daily walks while my mom is at work or away.

Dad drinks alcohol and it not willing to stop. It greatly affects his balance and further impedes his memory. During the AM he is 80% himself and able to drive, go to the park, the store and return home on his own. He goes for a walk alone at the beach at approximately 8:30am daily but has fallen several times. He returns home at approximately 10:30am and is in the house watching TV for the remainder of the day.
