Looking for a caregiver who will take care of an 82 year old lady who is a stroke survivor

Schedule: 8 hours a day work Monday-Saturday (9AM - 2PM (5 hrs), 5:30-8:30PM (3 hrs)), Sunday off; Major holidays off and agreed upon vacation days

Typical day includes:
* Assisting the woman in the morning helping her get dressed and have breakfast at 9:00am
* Help practice her daily exercises to improve the ability to stand and walk
* Assist her with going to the bathroom every couple hours
* Need to make lunch, snack and dinner for both the woman and husband
* If there's a Dr's appointment or party to attend, she'll need assistance with wheelchair to the car
* At 2pm, the older couple naps about 3-4 hrs in the afternoon so the caregiver is off of work until 5:30pm to rest as well.
* Work picks back up around 5:30pm with dinner prepared and then the day ends around 8:30pm-9:30pm with helping the woman to bed.
* Room and board can be included in addition to being paid a salary of $2300 a month
* Prefer a person who can understand Tagalog or someone who can learn to cook Filipino food
* Change linens, light house cleaning and laundry expected
