We are seeking a kind, patient, and dependable caregiver to provide daytime in-home support for an older adult in Dover, DE.

About the person you’ll be supporting:

Mobility is limited
Blind, but mentally sharp and engaged
Friendly and enjoys conversation and companionship

Primary responsibilities:

Assistance with getting to and from the bathroom
Meal preparation and mealtime support
General companionship and supervision during the day
Light assistance as needed to ensure comfort and safety

Schedule:

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (weekday coverage preferred; please note your availability)

What we’re looking for:

Someone who leads with kindness, patience, and respect
Experience with seniors, mobility assistance, or visual impairment is a plus
Reliable, calm, and comfortable providing hands-on support
CNA/HHA experience welcomed but not required if you have strong caregiving experience
