My husband is recovering from his 5th surgery (3/18) from last June, preparing for his 6th in mid May, then 7th in Sept if all goes well. He has spacers in his left shoulder and left hip. Although he was successfully using a walker, his pain has gotten excruciating b/c the hip pin is moving - surgeon wants him to push through and has advised he stay in a wheelchair. He needs help taking care of himself and the apartment (his injuries were sustained at our 2nd home and he has been there since, while I work in NY). I want to explore what may be available to help us.
