Our family is looking for a loving caregiver with knowledge and experience working with dementia patients. My father is very kind and very much childlike. He stays in his room in bed most the time but we’d welcome someone who can encourage him to take short walks or do puzzles. My mom needs to be able to go out to doctor appointments and socialize and we want the comfort to know that someone is home with him to make sure he stays safe. An added bonus would be someone who can help him with knowing how to put on his shorts or shirt and encouraging teeth brushing.
