I’m a mom of a sweet 2-year-old girl who is saying a few words but not talking yet. I’m looking for someone VERY reliable, warm, and patient who can come to our home [X days/week, X hours] and not just “watch” her, but really engage with her – reading, talking, playing, and helping her use more words.

Ideal person:
– Has experience with toddlers, speech delay, or early childhood education
– Is comfortable following simple activities from a speech therapist (books, games, etc.)
– Is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
– Is okay with cameras in common areas for safety
– Has strong references from other families
