My grandmother is 96 years old and is lucid for the most part but as she approaches her 97th birthday she is in need of further assistance. She has lots of stories to tell and we will want someone who is interested in those stories and will allow her to repeat herself. She also loved to read but as her eyesight is waning, ideally we would love someone to read to her as well as listen to her and assist with minor tasks like the volume on her phone.
