My mom is elderly and beginning to lose mobility and balance. She is scared of falling when showering, and she wants somebody to be nearby when she showers so she can call out if needed. She needs companionship about 3 days per week, for about 2 hours per day. I expect she could need more help than this in the future around transportation.

She managed her own meds, and can generally fix her own food. She gets lonely at night, and really appreciates the companionship. It would be best if we could establish a routine with the same care giver over time.
