About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide companionship and light assistance for an elderly woman who is currently independent with all activities of daily living. The primary goal is to ensure she stays active, hydrated, and comfortable.

Responsibilities
Encourage and assist with light movement and walking (uses walker or cane occasionally)
Ensure hydration and gentle reminders for self-care
Assist with changing briefs as needed
Provide companionship and conversation
Monitor general well-being during visits
Light housekeeping if needed

Qualifications

Experience with senior care or companion caregiving preferred
Patience, empathy, and good communication skills
Ability to assist with mobility safely
Reliable transportation

Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Once a week to start, 3–4 hours per day (flexible)
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
