I’m a 64 ty male widowed & r recovering from esophageal cancer. The cancer immunotherapy drug Opdivo killed my pancreas so now I’m type 1 diabetic. I wear a pump, & sensor. My new body doesn’t have much strength & I lose balance frequently, and become really dizzy prone to falling. I have fallen 4 times since January, once seriously plus once my caregiver caught me a couple of weeks ago. My gf & I have gone separate ways, although we are still excellent friends, but she had to move back to Auburn when her renters moved out to fix it up. From there, we drifted apart, except in friendship. My Dr. insists that I have someone here available when I bathe due to possible Vertigo diagnosis as well. I usually need assistance getting dressed & undressed & I need assistance getting in and out the tub and help washing my body. Also, CeraVe applied back & legs. Some days I can almost be perfectly ok, except it takes me a very long time.Light cleaning, changing sheets, bed, laundry…?some occasional vacuuming, and I have a vacuum/mop Tineco.
Bathroom cleaning. Dusting. nothing too physical at all. I have severe allergies that make it difficult to breath.
