Female client who is independent and ambulates well on her own. She requires non-medical assistance with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the bathroom, sweeping, mopping floors, and meal preparation. The client is very receptive to outside help and cooperates well with caregivers. Services are provided Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for three hours each day, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for four hours each day.
