My mom is one of the most active and healthy seniors you will ever meet. She is very independent but I would like for her to have more support. Specifically with items like light home care (e.g., laundry, dishes, organzing her office and reminders to do her neck exercises)

To start, the commitment would be once a week for 3-5 hours. Ideally, we can find someone who gels with my mom and the commitment could increase to more hours per week.
