Looking for elder care for my dad
Come to the house 5 times a day for 1 hour each shift
My dad is coming home from a skilled nursing facility and I am looking for care for the shifts below.

The care needed helping him through daily routines. He is mostly self sufficient but lacks mobility. I will likely be around for a lot of the shifts.

Saturday and Sunday Shifts
8AM-9AM
12-1PM
4:30-5:30PM
930-1030PM (ish)

Monday-Friday Shifts
930-1030PM

Between 7:30/8AM
- help out of bed
- hearing aids in
- 25% help needed in dressing (and ensure he is changing into clean clothes in the am)
- help change depends diapers
- help put compression socks on
- help him with meds
- help with breakfast
- set him up in front of TV in
- help him take a walk/do exercises (follow him while he walks for safety)

930PM Bedtime shift - same as above but in reverse

Lunch and dinner very minimal work
