My dad has been very independent until the past few months culminating in becoming dehydrated and malnourished and ending up with a hospital/rehab stay.
We would like to keep him in his home as long as possible. He has some confusion but is mostly cognizant. We would like companion care to take him places such as the senior center to eat or to a park to walk around.
his doctor is making arrangements for home health to come in once per week and check vitals, etc. along with physical therapy weekly.
