Family in the Ken-Mar area of Wichita seeks a part-time driver for their 80-year-old husband ASAP. Driving is needed on Tuesdays & Saturdays, both mornings & afternoons. Morning shifts require arrival at the family’s home by 9am & drop-off at dialysis by 9:30am. Afternoon shifts require pick-up by 2:15pm & drop-off at home by 2:45pm. The commute is approximately 20 minutes one-way.

The family ideally prefers one individual who can support both the morning and afternoon trips; however, they are open to candidates who are only available for one of these time slots. The client is a double amputee and will require assistance transitioning in and out of the caregiver’s vehicle. The caregiver must be able to independently lift 218 pounds. The client is old-fashioned and can be blunt; therefore, the family is seeking someone who is patient, dependable, and reliable.
