My husband has early-onset Alzheimer's and is unable to cook or clean for himself. I need care for him when I work a 12-hour shift. Transportation would be helpful but not a deal breaker. He doesn't have any medical needs during the day, but needs meals prepared and companionship. He does not need help toileting. He is continent of bowel and bladder. Needs help to remind him to close the refrigerator, or drink and eat.
