Hi, my mother-in-law is very independent, but is starting to accept that she needs help around the house. She has a large house, two small dogs, and lots of stuff. She needs someone willing to help clean up, take care of the dogs, perform household tasks such as changing out light bulbs and throwing out trash and other items that just need to go. Also, someone who can drive her around as necessary. Again, she's independent and is not looking for a nurse, but realizes she needs basic help. She has trouble walking and has fallen inside the house due to the clutter and small dogs. Being in California is hard for us since we can't be just a call away to help her.
