We are seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver for occasional, as-needed in-home support for an elderly parent. Responsibilities include companionship, light meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and assistance with mobility and daily activities as needed. The ideal candidate is patient, calm, consistent, and highly detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a thoughtful, structured approach. Sensitivity to routines, preferences, and medication considerations is important. Non-smoker required. Experience supporting individuals with attention challenges or who benefit from structure and consistency strongly preferred. Flexible scheduling, with shifts typically 2–6 hours—primarily weekdays, with some weekend availability helpful. Reliable transportation required.
