We’re looking for a kind and dependable caregiver to help care for our aging loved one in Mandeville (70471) who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
This is a part-time position, 3 weekdays per week from 8am–6pm (we can be flexible on which days). We have a peaceful, smoke-free home and are hoping to find someone who truly enjoys spending time with seniors and making a difference in their day. Responsibilities would include companionship, medication reminders, light household help, meal preparation, and some mobility assistance.
Patient can speak and understand English very well. She has occasional bouts of light aggression due to Alzheimer's, but bouts are short and only verbal (~minutes). If you or someone you know would be a great fit, please send a message. We’d love to connect!
