Be a companion / chaperone for my dad at the Arlington Senior Center every Tuesday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Duties include walking him to and from the center and staying with him while he's there. The activities have instructors, and you can relax in the lounge during the classes.
The center is comfortable and has Wifi.

We live close to the center (0.8 miles) and I'm available if any issues arise. My dad has aphasia and cognitive impairment from a stroke but requires no special accommodations, just some patience.

No medical expertise or caregiver experience needed. Would be great if you are a talker! My dad is still gaining in speech and language and needs more practice and stimulation!
