Assist a 79 yo man with Parkinson's. He walks with a walker, and has some good days, some not as good. He needs some assistance and monitoring getting out of bed, as in a liitle pull on a gait strap, and monitoring while walking. He walks slowly with a walker, and occasionally needs a little help with direction changes, or if he gets stuck, but not much physical assistance. He also needs some assistance with changing clothes and showering. He's incontinent, so sometimes needs a cleanup on aisle 3. He can do most tasks himself, but on days when he is tired or a little weaker than usual, he might need some help getting his arm into his sleeve, or getting his socks on. Also needs assistance with getting his breakfast and coffee in the morning. Because he uses the walker, carrying food or beverages is especially difficult for him. Ensure he takes his medicines, which would be prepped for him - so just a reminder.
