Elderly woman is being discharged from hospital and needs someone to stay with her during the day at assisted living facility. She is wheelchair bound.
Hours: 9:30 to 5:00.
Duties of companion would be:
1. Call in-house health aides for client when she requires dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.
2. Accompany client to dining room for meals, and to other areas in the building for scheduled activities
3. Assist client in her apartment with activities (find her books, help her decorate for Christmas, etc.)
30 minutes PTO for lunch break daily.
This job is for 2 weeks, with possibility of extension.
