Accompany elderly man with partial vision impairment to a doctor appointment. Transportation (uber) will be provided.
Arrive at patient's home at 8:30 AM. Uber will pickup by 9:00 AM for a 9:30 AM appointment. Arrive back home by 10:30 AM.

- Very receptive to outside help
- Age range: Over 85 years old
