Medication, Meals and Laundry Assistance

Looking for someone to come to our home while we are on a 5 day vacation to make coffee, provide medication (already in a daily dispenser), provide lunch (meals will be pre-made, to be heated or served), companionship and help using the washer/dryer if needed (once during the 5 day period). Help is for my mother-in-law (85 year old) who lives with us and has short term memory issues.
