Highly functional 80 yo woman (mom) needs intermittent support for household and property tasks and support for household administrative tasks (tracking bills, contractors, etc). She is kind and smart and also has a lot of pride in doing things herself, but has back problems and is starting to need more support for admin and physical tasks.
