82 year old female patient spends most days in bed or chair and is total care. Requires assistance to transfer, eat, toilet, reposition, requires assistance with all ADLs, and IADLs along with medication administration. Can hear and speak does not always process information as intended. Patient does not leave the home. Looking for Respite to go out a couple of hours per week during the evening or weekend.
