He can no longer be left alone. Walks with cane and gets lost in the living room, forgets where bathroom is. He needs a guide with him when walking, assist with bathing, feeding. Loves to walk outside, listens to radio and audio books. When in bathroom he needs to be reminded to sit down and wash hands.
