We need companion care for our 90yo mother. She can shower and toilet on her own, but she's not stable on her feet and often uses a walker. Her dementia is gradually worsening and she's forgetful and shouldn't be driving. But she can carry on conversations and understand very short-term directions. She's on a waiting list for a memory care unit at a local home for seniors. We are looking for temporary care in her home until a spot becomes available. Responsibilities may include some cooking and some transportation to medical appointments.
