My 34 year old sister is non-verbal and incontinent. She is mobile and can feed herself. She lives with my mother. She has a regular sitter at home and attends a day-program on week days. She can be moody and volatile, but once she is comfortable she is fairly easy to spend time with. She requires diaper monitoring and changes, supervised snacks and meals, and twice daily medication administration (oral). I am interested in finding a sitter who can occasionally stay with her in my home while my mother and I go out.
