Conversation with my father

My 95 year old father lives with us. We are looking for someone to come in and spend a few hours with him each week just talking and listening to his stories. Preferably a woman.
He is in very good physical shape for 95, has slight dementia but is good natured and funny. Just looking for someone who is not in the family to spend some time with him...
