Looking for someone active, dependable, and fun to spend time with our 29 yr old son who has a brain injury and intermittent short term memory challenges. This is a companion role with purpose. If you already enjoy the gym meal prep, being outdoors, staying busy, and getting out of the house, this will feel natural. Days include workouts hiking biking, errands volunteering and hands on tasks. He does best with someone who can keep things moving, give reminders, and provide calm, confident direction and redirection when needed. This is not a passive role. We need someone comfortable taking the lead, setting boundaries, and offering solutions while keeping things positive and engaging.Requirements: reliable transportation, ability to complete daily/monthly state reports, must pass background check and provide HS diploma or equivalent per state guidelines. Pay is biweekly through payroll. Flexible day, evening, and weekend hours available.
