Seeking daily care and companionship for 93-year-old female who lives alone in Fayetteville. She has dementia, is active but uses a cane for balance, and can perform the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Does not drive. Thai is native language but speaks/understands basic English. Looking for caregiver who has significant experience with dementia, can handle confusion and agitation with care, redirect actions as needed, and adapt to change. She mainly needs meals and medication reminders in the mornings and evenings. Preferred schedule: 9-11am and 5-7pm daily. Flexible on exact times, and open to splitting shifts between weekdays and weekends.
