Helper for senior citizen

Hello! We are looking for someone to help my dad with walking outside, exercise (going to gym), light meal prep, and housework (light cleaning, laundry). He has balance issues, but, with assistance, he is able to get around. Job would be in Southern Pines area. About 1-2 hours a couple of times a week.
