82 year old alzheimer female limited mobility incontinent needs in home care during daytime hours. meal prep, medication compliance, pleasantly confused at times other times on spot needs asstance standing walking with a walker, bath, toileting, meal prep. lives with husband who is present but 87 years old so not able to fully care for spouse and needs to do other chores around the house
