Looking for care for elderly male with dementia

Loving husband and wife in home where the husband has been struggling with dementia for about 2 years. He was previously cared for by the wife, who is blind, but had been providing care. Recently, the care has been more than the wife can handle independently.
The husband is mostly bed bound now and the wife needs help with changing, feeding, small household chores. Looking for regular help in the mornings or evenings.
