Seeking occasional care for 93-year-old female when she is in town visiting us in Wake Forest, which is typically one week per month. Need companionship for her for a few hours while we work from home. Preferred time is 11am-3pm on weekdays. Activities may include gardening, shopping, eating out, manicures/pedicures, massages/facials, getting hair done, and crafting (painting). She has dementia, is active but uses a cane for balance, and can perform the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Does not drive. Thai is native language but speaks/understands basic English. Looking for caregiver who has significant experience with dementia, can handle confusion and agitation with care, redirect actions as needed, and adapt to change.
