My aunt is in a nursing facility in Peterborough NH. She is mentally sharp with some memory lapses. Physically she was completely independent until a year ago but had one leg amputated and now needs assistance for many activities of daily living such as moving from bed to wheelchair to bathroom, etc. The frequency of support needs is beyond what her nursing home is willing to support and we've agreed to seek private care support as well. Open to discussing details of schedule but 2-4 hours per day is what we've started discussing with the facility.
