Elderly parents in law

My father-in-law got a stroke two years ago that has now made him dependent and disabled. He lives in his Marlton NJ with his wife. They are both over 75 years old. His wife is his primary caretaker, but she is growing weary and tired as she ages and doesn’t get the opportunity to leave the house. It is very hard almost unsafe to leave him alone in the house. He needs help showering, getting dressed, he needs to be watched while he eats because he eats too much too fast and can choke. He also needs companionship if his wife needs to leave the house to run errands or even get her nails/hair done. She could also use help in terms of washing his clothes, sheets, cooking food for him, washing his dishes. He can use the bathroom on his own. Transportation services would be helpful. Taking them to their doctor appointments, to the grocery store, very short local trips like that. They just moved to this new house, so although she is able to drive she is nervous about driving in this new area.
