Someone to come in roughly 5 days a week, for 1-3 hours a day, maybe 1x in the morning, 1x at night, cooking, cleaning, groceries, companionship, help with daily tasks, getting dressed. Flexibility to work a weekend here and there.

Grandma is 92, great mental health, still drives, but physically is slowing down and needs help around the house.
