My mother is very self sufficient so I don't need anyone to feed, clothe, bath. etc. She uses a walker and has mobility issues.
The challenge has been that every service I contact doesn't provide assistance for independent patients. I'm not sure exactly what I want. My sister and I have been her care givers and there are some situations we just don't know how to handle. So it's more companionship, something/someone to engage her and give us a bit of a break. Maybe two or three days a week.
