Family is looking for a backup elder caregiver for their father. They have a regular caregiver, so they are in need of someone when that falls through, either during the week or weekends. He is 91 years old and has Alzheimer's. They need someone to make sure he’s safe, to talk to him, to prepare his lunch and wash any dishes used/clean up the kitchen from lunch preparation. He spends most of his day watching TV and reading the newspaper. He does not wander but cannot be kept alone at home. He is very social, happy and enjoys being around people and talking. He is also confused right now because his wife is not home, but in the hospital so he misses her very much. First Aid and CPR certified. $35 per hour. Interested caregivers are encouraged to apply!
