Independent blind individual in late 50's seeking assistance for pet care through November and possible ongoing transportation/errands.

Pet care limited to feeding, providing water and cleaning cat litter boxes.

Pickup of food and groceries that were pre-ordered. Bring in and put up groceries

Transportation to medical appointments or possible vet emergency.

Out of town appointment will receive additional money, eg $15 for trip to Columbus and $10 to Delaware (in addition to hourly rate listed below).

Appointment on 10/30 to Riverside hospital, probably 3 hours travel and waiting plus $15 for Columbus so $60.

Hourly rate is $15 an hour.
Some flexibility except some scheduling for appointments. Will try to combine trips and activities to reduce trips to house.
