My mother in law Is in nursing care with 100% 24x7 attention
Needs some additional support and honestly, company. We just can't be there 24x7
Frequent disputes among her children, they help at varying levels- all the time to not at all, one sibling is very disruptive :(
We need help to have people advocate & share meals, etc
Have done this before and people don't show up
duties: make sure nursing facility keeps her comfortable, talk to her, help her eat
