needs help bathing, taking out trash, and socialization. he's unable to receive medicaid assistance and cant afford assisted living elsewhere. he doesnt cook so all the meals he has is "meals on wheels" when theyre able to provide it(no holidays or weekends) and a microwave dinner that he can do himself.
