Evening ADLs set up for teeth brushing and facial/hand hygiene; possibility assisting to change into pajamas
Overnight assist for safety and intermittent toileting.
Requires caregiver to be alert at night. Due to Mom’s impulsivity, she is not reliabile with requesting assistance.
Toileting includes contact guard assist and use of a gait belt for transfers using a front wheeled walker to/from a commode placed by lift chair in living room, where Mom sleeps.
Assist for clothing management and thorough peri hygiene, assist for changing lower body clothing if incontinent (though rarely ever is).
Also requires making a bowl of oatmeal in the morning along with a cup of (Keurig) coffee when Mom wakes up, generally about 6am.
