Seeking a reliable caregiver for my mother-in-law (62), who is cognitively strong and physically mobile but recovering from brain surgery and about to begin cancer treatment. She currently manages most of her own activities and needs only light supervision and support — minimal medical care required.

Shifts (flexible): 7am–12pm and 4pm–9pm daily. Look for one person to do each shift, or one person to do both. Ideally one AM shift for breakfast and lunch and one evening shift for dinner and bedtime prep.

Responsibilities:

– Safety supervision (prevent falls, ensure she doesn’t do unsafe behavior)

– Medication reminders (pills only)

– Light housekeeping (dishes, tidying)

– Meal prep (heat up pre-made meals)

– Communication with family (e.g. text updates)

Ideal for experienced Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, or Companion/Sitter.
Must be dependable, compassionate, be able to provide references and pass a background check.
