a sitter for mom

hello i am looking for a sitter for my mother who is 82 years old. i am not sure what i even need really. i might need all day help while i am at work at first and then it may get less as she improves. my mom broke her ankle and still isn't walking great though she is able to walk with help and is somewhat mobile.
