For my adult sister, 68, Just companionship for when other family members go out - ad hoc. Not a set schedule, just company in the house as she doesn't like to stay alone,. Possibly warming up meals in microwave for supper, she is self sufficient for breakfast and lunch. Very low maintenance, just company.
